Terms of Service

Who we are

InstantFit (“InstantFit”, “we”, “us”) operates instantfit.net, a service that helps job-seekers find relevant job postings and prepare application documents. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. Where these terms and the Privacy Policy differ on how we handle your data, the Privacy Policy governs.

Eligibility

The Service is a job-search tool for adults. You may use it only if you are 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You register with a valid email address and a password. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal: one person per account; do not share credentials. Tell us at legal@instantfit.net if you suspect unauthorized access. The quality of the Service's output depends on the CV, profile link, and search criteria you provide, so keep them accurate.

The Service and its limits

Please read what the Service does, and does not do. These limits are part of the agreement.

AI-generated content

Scores, tailored CVs, and cover letters are produced by an automated AI model from the material you provide. AI output can contain errors, misread a posting or your CV, or phrase things in ways you would not. Tailored documents are drafts: you are responsible for reviewing and correcting anything before you send it to an employer or rely on it. Our internal quality checks are review aids, not guarantees, and we make no guarantee of any employment outcome from using AI-generated content. What we send to the AI provider, and how, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content and the licence you grant us

You keep all rights in the CV text, profile links, search criteria, and notes you provide (“Your Content”). To run the Service for you, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service, including sending relevant text (such as your CV and a job posting) to our AI provider to score a match or generate a document at your request. We do not sell Your Content, use it for advertising, or share it with employers, and our AI provider does not train its models on it (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for Your Content: only upload personal data about other people (for example, a reference's details) where you have a lawful basis to do so. The documents the Service generates for you are yours to use, subject to the review responsibility above.

Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law, or of a third party's terms or rights;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract the Service or its data, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its output, or use it to build a competing product;
• Upload personal data about other people without a lawful basis, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious;
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, tier limits, or access controls, or access data that is not yours;
• Overload, disrupt, or attack the Service, including abusing the cost-bearing features such as scans and document generation.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts involved.

Third-party sources and non-affiliation

Job postings belong to their owners and originate on third-party sites; we surface links and always link back to the original source, and we do not automate actions on those sites.

Non-affiliation. InstantFit is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any other job source. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. We reference job sources only to describe the public job postings we surface for signed-in users, and we always link back to the original posting. All third-party trademarks are the property of their owners.

Subscriptions, billing, and the free trial

InstantFit is a paid service. The tiers, their limits, and current prices are shown on the billing page; scan frequency (how often we automatically scan for new postings) is the main difference between tiers. The price shown is the total you pay — any applicable tax is included in it, and nothing is added at checkout.

• New accounts start a free 7-day trial (beginning when you verify your email). When it ends, the account becomes read-only: scheduled scans stop and new scans and document generation are blocked, but everything already found stays browsable, nothing is deleted, and upgrading restores full function.
• A paid subscription renews automatically each billing period, and your payment method is charged for the next period, until you cancel. We are the seller of your subscription: we invoice you and account for any applicable tax. Card payments are processed on our behalf by PayMe (payme.co.il) and invoices are issued through iCount; you enter your card details on PayMe's own PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment page, and we never see or store your full card number.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep paid access until then, after which the account reverts to the free (read-only) state. Your data is retained (see the Privacy Policy).

Your statutory rights (Israel). Where the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 applies to you, you have cancellation rights these terms do not limit: a 14-day cooling-off right for a remote purchase, and the right to cancel a continuing (subscription) transaction at any time, with refunds handled in accordance with that Law and its cancellation regulations. Other mandatory consumer protections that apply to you continue to apply as well.

Third-party providers

The Service relies on the same providers listed in our Privacy Policy, each receiving only the data it needs: Anthropic (AI scoring and drafting), Apify (collecting public job postings from sources such as LinkedIn), PayMe (card payment processing), iCount (invoices and receipts), Resend (email), and Hetzner (hosting). Where you interact directly with a third party, such as the payment processor's pages or a link to a job posting, that party's own terms govern that interaction.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, the providers involved, retention, security, and your rights (including under the GDPR and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law). You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings or by emailing privacy@instantfit.net.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that postings, scores, or generated documents will be accurate, current, or suitable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost or missed job opportunities, lost earnings, or lost data), and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users; where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice first. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, such as the responsibility to review AI content, acceptable use, the disclaimers and liability limits, and governing law, continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute is subject to the competent Israeli courts, except that mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence may still apply and are not affected by this choice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service.
