Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JobScraper (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
JobScraper collects publicly listed job postings, scores them against the CV and profile information you provide using a third-party AI model, and helps you draft tailored CVs and cover letters. The scores, drafts, and suggestions are aids, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing everything you send to an employer.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; do not share credentials.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to scrape or resell data in violation of a third party’s terms, or to overload or attack the system. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions and payment
The Service offers a Free tier and a paid Pro tier billed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to Free.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties to function, including a job-data provider, an AI provider for scoring and drafting, a payment processor, and an email provider. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
