Refund Policy

Last updated July 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for InstantFit (instantfit.net). It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Free trial — evaluate before you pay

New accounts start with a free 7-day trial, and no card is required. You can use the Service in full during the trial and decide whether to upgrade. If you do nothing, the account simply becomes read-only when the trial ends — you are never charged automatically from the trial.

Who you are buying from

You buy InstantFit Pro from us directly. We are the seller, we issue your invoice or receipt, and we handle refunds. Card payments are processed on our behalf by PayMe (payme.co.il), and invoices are issued through iCount. You enter your card details on PayMe’s own secure payment page, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, so we never see or store your full card number. A receipt is emailed to you for each payment.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing page (Settings → Plan and billing → Cancel subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period: you keep Pro access until then and are not charged again, after which the account reverts to the free, read-only state. Nothing you have already found is deleted.

Refunds

  • First payment: if InstantFit Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
  • Renewals: to avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date — you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal payments are refunded where required by law, or case-by-case for genuine problems (for example, a failure of the Service).
  • Your statutory rights are not affected. Where the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (or other consumer law that applies to you) grants a cooling-off or cancellation right, that applies in addition to this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@instantfit.net from the address on your account, with your invoice or transaction reference. We issue the refund ourselves, returned through PayMe to the card you paid with; how quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank. If your refund relates to an invoice, we also issue the corresponding credit note.
